  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it via the ‘My Orders’ section in your account.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order for any corrections.
  • What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
    As per our policy, please record an unboxing video and take photos of the damage. Submit these through the ‘My Account’ section or email us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, Sapphire International does not offer international shipping.
