Mandatory Documentation for Claims

- Unboxing Video (Mandatory): A clear video showing the package being opened
- Product Images: Clear photos of the damaged area and the full product
- Packaging Images: A photo of the shipping box with the invoice/shipping label clearly visible
- Reason for Claim: A brief explanation of the defect or error
- Failure to submit the required video or images within the 5-day window will result in claim rejection.
Refunds & Replacements
For verified damaged or defective items, Sapphire International will provide a replacement at no additional cost
Pick-up: Our logistics partner will collect the product from your location and return it to our warehouse for inspection
Refund Timeline: If a replacement is unavailable and a refund is approved, it may take up to 15 days after the product is received and verified at our warehouse
Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Products with tampered packaging, missing labels, or missing components
- Normal wear and tear or damage after use
- Products returned in a condition different from how they were received
- Requests made after the 5-day eligibility period
